St James' Place, SW1, designed by Denys Lasdun in 1958. I'm going to live in the penthouse flat one day. It'll be handy for visits to
Lobb, my shoemaker on St James's Street; Budd, my shirtmaker in the Piccadilly Arcade; and obviously for breakfast at the Wolseley. The views over Green Park aren't bad, either. Any donations to the fund are welcome.
